24-Hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Your appointments are very important to Intuitive Touch Massage Therapy LLC. It is understood that sometimes scheduling changes need to be made. It is kindly asked that you give at least a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of any appointments.

The 24-hour cancellation policy ensures a smooth-running system that will allow for time to send notice to any clients on a wait-list to new availability. Please understand that any time within 24 hours before your appointment, makes it difficult to fill that appointment time, and any clients on the wait list may miss the opportunity to book that appointment.

Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time will result in a charge of the full cost of the service booked. Emergency circumstances will be considered on an individual basis, as well as poor conditions due to inclement weather.

You will be asked to confirm your appointment 72 hours prior to your appointment time, and text message reminders are sent 24 hours before your appointment. In order to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment start time, you are required to call or text Intuitive Touch Massage Therapy LLC at (860) 861-1191.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments resulting in a charge. Should you have any questions about your appointment date or time, feel free to reach out via email, text message, or phone call, or refer to any emails you may have received upon booking.

Intuitive Touch Massage Therapy LLC stands by these policies. It is only fair that I honor the same policies to clients. Should there be a cancellation of your appointment by Intuitive Touch Massage Therapy LLC, 24 hours before your service, unless it is due to an emergency or poor conditions due to inclement weather, your next rescheduled service will be free of charge.

Late Arrival

Any late arrivals of more than 5 minutes will result in a shortened appointment time due to potentially cutting into the next client’s appointment. It is asked that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Online Booking and Refund Policies

​

To book an appointment online, it is required to input your credit card information to hold your appointment. You may make changes to your appointment yourself if you are 48 or more hours before your appointment start time. If you are within the 48 hours of that time, please reach out to ITMT. If you are looking to get a refund to your account for any reason, please contact ITMT. **Please be aware that refunds typically take up to 7 business days to complete and post to your statement.**

If the appointment is booked through Intuitive Touch Massage Therapy LLC personally, credit card information will be required to hold the appointment.

Wait list

​

If you are trying to book an appointment online and there is no availability, you have the option to place yourself on a wait list through the online booking page. When an appointment is cancelled, any person on the wait list will get notified, and the first client to book, gets it.
